Ammonia

Ammonia is used as an auxiliary material of food otherwise called ammonium bicarbonate and has formula NH4HCO3. The name of this auxiliary substance by the designation R is E503i for ammonium carbonate and E503ii for dittanthrakiko ammonium. It is a white or colorless crystalline powder with a faint odor of ammonia. It is soluble in water but insoluble in acetone and alcohol. Ammonia is used in cooking and even more in the food industry as a bulking agent and an acidity regulator. Plus, the place has largely gotten the soda. Side effects from the use of ammonium carbonate not been reported except bloated stomach during digestion and challenge gases.
